Paleo Sushi

Paleo Sushi
Serves 1

Here are some different paleo sushi recipes. Enjoy :)

Recipe 1 - Tuna and Salmon Sashimi Roll

Ingredients
4-6 oz salmon and tuna sashimi
1/2 avocado, sliced
4 asparagus spears
Handful of lettuce
Handful sliced carrots
Few slices of red onion
Few slices raw ginger
2 nori sheets
*The ingredients are really up to you, but this is what I used on this particular night that I took pictures of it.

Directions
1. Lay everything in nori sheets on one side. Use some of the avocado slices to make a paste that will act as the glue to hold the roll together and spread it on the opposite end

2. Roll up tightly
3. Slice into equal pieces


Recipe 2 - Smoked Salmon Roll

Ingredients
4-6 oz cooked smoked salmon
4 asparagus spears
Handful of lettuce
Handful of shredded cabbage
Handful shredded sauerkraut
1/4 cup guacamole (I used the spicy wholly guacamole)
2 nori sheets

Directions
1. Lay everything (except guacamole) in nori sheets on one side. Use the guacamole to make a paste that will act as the glue to hold the roll together and spread it on the opposite end. Save some to use for dipping :)
2. Roll up tightly
3. Slice into equal pieces

  2. I just made my own sushi! I used tuna, avocado, zucchini and cucumber. Thanks for sharing this and inspiring me!
