My typical week is pretty rough, which is why I get very excited for the weekends. The weekends to me are all about relaxing, taking it easy, and having a good time. No matter where I am or what I have planned, I always make my way to one of the local farmer's markets around town.
Recently, and new farmers market opened by us called the Yellow Green Farmer's Market. This market is huge and there is something for everyone! You will not leave there empty handed...I assure you. And, if you do only leave with one thing, make sure you leave with at least one package of Carlo's Sausage.
Carlo's Sausage company makes regular, spicy, smoked, and breakfast sausages. My all time favorite is the Spicy Sausage!!! OH MY GOD!!! This stuff is seriously amazing.
Now, this is something for those of you who do paleo plus dairy or follow more of a primal life style as opposed to strict paleo, because their sausage is made with some cheese. But honestly, no matter what you follow, you need to make room for this in your diet!
If you live in the South Florida area, be sure to check them out at the Farmer's Market and pick up a package of their sausage! Note - you may want to buy more than one pack because I finished mine in less than two days and was fiending for more!
